I knew Sumie in Yokohama, Japan in 1947-48. Sumie's maiden name was "Moriya". Sumie had a brother who was a Kamikaze Pilot that never got the chance to fly his mission. The last I heard from Sumie, she had married an American and they came to the U.S. to live. This was between 1948 and 1955. At that time they also had a baby daughter. I do not remember Sumie's married name. If anyone knows anything about her, or her family, please contact me, or at least let the family know of this message so that someone may contact me.
